ARCHE Dijon mustards are made in a French family enterprise according to traditional recipes. The secret of their quality lies in the careful selection of the ingredients and freshly ground mustard seeds. The unique flavour and balanced spiciness are achieved by gentle processing. Flavouring ingredients such as fresh lemon, fine nettle tips, green pepper or cider vinegar round off the mustards and lend each a unique flavour.
No added flavours, colours or sweeteners.
What is Dijon mustard?
Dijon mustard doesn't necessarily come from the town of the same name, but it is subject to strict quality standards. For example the type of mustard seeds used is exactly prescribed, including their fat content and the proportion of hulls contained.
Add the mustard to cooked dished just before they are done. Keep opened jars in the fridge, as the essential oils in the mustard dissipate quickly.
